Dr. Bill Hefley is currently a Managing Principal Consultant with Pinnacle Global Management, L.L.C. He has over thirty years experience in all aspects of the information technology field. Dr. Hefley has been on the faculty at Carnegie Mellon University and IBM's Executive Consulting Institute. Dr. Hefley has taught the SEI’s Introduction to the Capability Maturity Model® for Software and Introduction to the People CMM® courses. Bill's research interests include human capital management, process and capability modeling, organizational capability assessment, human-computer interaction, and software engineering education. |
