Submission Process & Guidelines
All submissions will be acknowledged and reviewed for quality and relevance.
The acceptance decision will be emailed to the corresponding author by the
October 7 (inclusive). Each submission will get a notification status:
- Accepted (submission will be included in program);
- Needs Improvement (submission has to be improved before it can be included
in program);
- Rejected (submission will not included in program);
Please note that reviewing is a continuous process. You
are encouraged to submit your proposals earlier to have better chances it being
accepted. Papers could be submitted online by using this form.
When you submit your proposals you are giving the rights to conference
committee to publish your articles in conference materials such as booklets,
newsletters, website and etc.
To be included in conference
proceedings, papers should meet the following guidelines.

Conference participation fee for
presenters is US$100, including VAT. Discounts are not applicable.
